Facility Reservation

Reservation forms are available online at piscomplex.com also printed copies can be obtained from reception desks of PISC.
Completely filled & signed application form need to be submitted
Applicant / Applicants will be asked for interview.
After approval form Board / Authority applicant need to submit the respected in mode of Band Draft / Pay Order.
After receiving payment the confirmation letter would be issued to the applicant / member.
