PISC is offering individual and family memberships to Govt and Private Sector Employees, Businessmen, National and International Lever Sportsmen and Disabled Persons. PISC membership includes swimming, Gym, Snooker, Chess & Carom, Social Lounge & Cafe, Steam Room and Kids Area.

• Membership Forms can be Downloaded from website and printed copies can be optioned from reception desks of PISC
• Completely Filled & Signed application form need to be submitted at accounts office PISC alongwith following attachments:
  • 3 Passport size recent Photographs
  • 1 Copy of CNIC
• Applicant / Applicants will be asked for interview
• After approval from Board/ Authority applicant need to submit the respected fee in mode of Bank Draft/ Pay Order
• After receiving payment the membership cards would be issued

The PISC reserves the right to accept or reject the application. In case of rejection the membership fee will be refunded to the applicant. The membership of PISC is provisional and is subject to approval by the Selection Committee. All members must abide by these rules otherwise membership may be withdrawn. PISC reserves the right to change these rules from time to time. Any amendment in the rules shall be duly communicated to the members.

1. Upon acceptance of membership application by the Selection Committee every member will receive a PISC card which must be shown at reception on every visit. Replacement cards will be subject to payment of administration fee. The PISC card is non-transferable without PISC approval and remains the property of Punjab International Swimming Complex (PISC).
2. The membership is not transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of membership.
3. The membership card entitles the user of the benefits associated with the PISC Complex specific to the category subscribed only.
4. The membership category can be changed once a year free of charges further or frequent changes are allowed at additional administrative fee.
5. The management of PISC reserve the right to cancel any membership in breach of rules or due to the conduct which in the view of the management is offensive to other members and / or staff or represents a health and safety hazards.
6. Individual membership may be frozen for a period of 3 months in case of medical problem or out of station stay upon request from the member. Other reasons may be considered at the discretion of the management of PISC.
7. The membership of PISC doesn’t entail any right whatsoever upon a member regarding management and administration of the facility. Suggestions from the members to improve upon the facility are welcomed; but this, in no way, gives any right to the member(s) to interfere into the management & administration of the complex which is the sole jurisdiction of PISC management.
8. In case of loss PISC card, the member will have to pay prescribed fee for issuance of a new PISC card.

Fitness Gym

9. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted access to the fitness gym. Children aged 14-16 years may access the gym during programmed activities under a coaching supervisor.
10. All members are expected to be well acquainted with the use of gym equipment. For the convenience of amateur users, a gym manual hand-out is available at gymnasium. Please consult the hand-out and gym incharge for any query.
11. The use of proper gym /sports outfit is necessary for optimal benefits. Dress shoes, hard/pointed heels and spikes etc. are not allowed in the Gym.
12. During busy periods, use of the cardiovascular equipment is limited to 15 minutes on any one piece of equipment.
13. Members are advised to bring a sweat towel and a water bottle to ensure sufficient fluid is consumed.
14. Members must wipe down machines after use.

Swimming Pool

15. Entry to the Swimming Pool area is strictly subject to medical fitness certificate / no infectious disease certificate issued by the Medical Officer of PSIC. The certificate will be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance.
16. Children under the age of 8 years and non-swimmers must be accompanied in the swimming pool at all times with a competent adult.
17. Appropriate swimming attire must be worn at all times in the swimming pool area and in communal changing areas.
18. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
19. Please leave all personal belongings in lockers provided.
20. Please read and observe the notices displayed in the swimming pool area.
21. All swimmers must adhere to the requests of the pool lifeguards
22. Do not enter the pool area if the lifeguard is not present.
23. Diving and jumping is not permitted anywhere in the pool.

Lost Property

24. All lost properties will be kept for a period of 4 weeks before being disposed of.

Health and Safety

25. Smoking is not permitted at all in all the premises of the building.
26. All customers must inform staff of any medical condition that may affect their use of the facilities.
27. Whilst using the facilities all members are responsible for their own health & safety.
28. No pets are allowed into the facility at all.

Lockers

29. Lockers should be used for the storage of personal items at all times. PISC will take utmost care of the safety of lockers; however PISC is not liable for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. For security reasons and for the benefit of all members, all lockers must be emptied at the end of each session. All lockers will be checked and emptied at the end of each day.

Opening Hours – General

30. PISC may, from time to time, withdraw use of all or any part of the facilities where and when it is deemed necessary for repair, maintenance, alteration, alternative use or for safety reasons.
31. Off peak & peak times along with dedicated time slots will be displayed on the notice board and are subject to change according to seasonal changes. A minimum of 2 weeks warning will be provided to customers and will be advertised within the facility as well.
32. The opening times may be changed from time to time. A minimum of 2 weeks’ caution will be provided to customers and will be advertised within the facility as well.
33. All opening times are subject to timetables that may affect usage of a specific facility.

Cancellation of Membership

34. Full time membership is a one off payment and as such cannot be cancelled once purchased.
35. Membership cards must be returned to PISC when your notice of cancellation is issued.

Coaching Classes

36. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Members can make booking by telephone or in person. Members who fail to attend pre-booked activities will be charged the full casual rate for the activity concerned.

Miscellaneous

37. Vehicles must be parked accordingly in the parking. Please pay due attention and priority to the space reserved for disabled users. No liability is accepted for loss or damage to cars or property and is solely at owner’s risk.
38. No illegal gaming and betting shall be allowed in PISC facilities.
39. Any activity regarding a sports event / tournament / match is subject to approval of management of PISC as well as the availability of facility during the dedicated/allotted time slot.
40. No edible, drinks and glass is permitted on swimming pools’ area.
41. Proper decorum and code of conduct is to be observed. No hooting, shouting, and bullying is permitted in the facility.
42. Management has right to restrict entry/usage of the facility at any time. The decision of the Board of Governors of PISC shall be final.
43. The staff on duty has authority to enforce PISC rules and regulations. Members are expected to extended cooperation and due respect to officials working at PISC.
44. Any external equipment to be used in pools and in gyms are subject to approval of the management.
45. Oil ointments, lotions, creams, glycerine and anything of such nature must be washed/removed before entering into the pools.
